Aaron Molloy

Aaron Molloy serves as the Global Technology Distribution Lead at Siemens since August 2025, focusing on scaling a new go-to-market strategy for technology-led distributors to facilitate IT/OT convergence. Prior to this role, Aaron held various positions at Westcon-Comstor from 2017 to 2025, including Senior Director of Global Sales Operations & Supply Chain Solutions, where leadership over global sales operations supported over $1 billion in annual revenue. Achievements during this period include developing a multi-geo go-to-market proposition that generated an additional $70 million in global revenue. Earlier experience includes significant roles in sales operations and management across the Asia-Pacific region. Aaron holds an MBA from The Manchester Metropolitan University, expected in 2025, and a Bachelor's degree in Business from Southern Cross University.
