Inés Ayed

Inés Ayed, MBA, is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in corporate development, strategy, and technology innovation at Siemens since September 2017. Currently serving as the Head of Corporate Development: Strategy, M&A and Technology & Innovation, Inés has played a key role in the formation of Innomotics, a new motors and large drives company. Previous roles at Siemens include leadership of a research group focused on Software and Hardware R&D in IIoT, and as a Corporate Strategy Analyst providing strategic insights to the Managing Board. Inés has a solid academic background, holding an MBA and multiple degrees in Electrical Engineering and related fields from prestigious institutions such as RWTH Aachen University and INSEAD.
