Joanne Lau, CPA, currently serves as the Head of Finance for the Smart Infrastructure Electrification & Automation Service Business Segment in China at Siemens, where responsibilities include leading financial activities across multiple legal entities, creating profitable growth strategies, and optimizing processes. With extensive experience at Siemens, Joanne has previously held roles such as Senior Segment Controller and Commercial Business Partner, driving financial transparency and digital transformation initiatives. Joanne's career began at PwC as an Auditor, followed by a stint at KPMG in M&A Transaction Services. Joanne holds a Master’s Degree in Accounting and a Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign.
