Markus Koch

Markus Koch has over three decades of experience in human resources, primarily at Siemens. Since April 2004, Markus has held multiple leadership roles, including Vice President of Human Resources for the Rolling Stock Business, with a focus on HR integration planning for the intended Siemens Alstom merger. Previous positions at Siemens from June 1992 to March 2004 include Director of Executive Development and Head of the Post-Merger Integration Team for Siemens Westinghouse. Throughout this career, Markus has consistently contributed to HR processes and integration projects across various divisions, including Oil & Gas and South America.
