Megha Ben

Megha Ben is an Associate Project Manager at Siemens, where proactive management of project schedules has enhanced adherence to timelines through effective resource alignment and communication. Currently serving as an MGA Representative to the Board of Governors for the IEEE Computer Society, Megha contributes to policy guidance and organizational performance review. In IEEE Young Professionals, Megha holds the position of TAB Representative and Marketing Taskforce Chair, promoting collaboration and enhancing member engagement. Previous roles include Graduate Program Assistant at Duke University's Civic Engagement and various leadership positions within IEEE, including Vice Chair of the MGA Board for Student and Young Professional Activities. Megha holds a Master’s degree in Engineering Management from Duke University and a Bachelor of Technology in Applied Electronics and Instrumentation from the College of Engineering Trivandrum.
