Michael Pignati

Michael Pignati has extensive experience in automation and engineering management, currently serving as Automation Operations Manager II at Siemens since October 2006. Prior roles at Siemens include Automation Operations Manager I, Solutions Director for Intelligent Infrastructure, and BAU Engineering Manager, where responsibilities encompassed leading a diverse team focused on HVAC system design, managing resources, scheduling workloads, ensuring quality, and overseeing performance management. Prior to Siemens, Michael worked at Macy's from 1998 to 2006, initially as a Sales Associate and progressing to BAU Systems Engineer. Michael holds dual Bachelor of Science degrees in Electrical Engineering and Computer Engineering from the University of California, Davis, completed in 2005, and is a graduate of St. Ignatius College Prep from 2000.
