Natalia Dorozala is an experienced professional in talent acquisition and employer branding with a strong background in event management and marketing. Currently serving as a Talent Attraction Manager for Events & Industry Fairs at Siemens, Natalia has previously held leadership roles at Nordcloud as DACH & UK Talent Acquisition Lead and at SGEF Digital Factory as Talent Lead.
