Nicolas Floch

Nicolas Floch is an experienced professional in procurement and supply chain management, currently serving as the Head of Procurement at Siemens since September 2011. With a significant total PVO of 160 million Euros, Nicolas leads and develops a team of 14 employees, driving negotiations on contracts and prices while identifying cost-cutting opportunities.
