Oktay Ekici

Oktay Ekici currently serves as the Product Owner for P&O Insights at Siemens since February 2025. Prior experience includes leading the People Analytics function at PUMA Group from July 2022 to January 2025, where Oktay developed data-driven insights and created Power BI dashboards for stakeholders. As an HR Analytics Expert at Fresenius Medical Care from March 2020 to June 2022, Oktay provided insights through data analysis and machine learning techniques. Previous roles include Human Resources Manager and Assistant Manager at Turkapital Holding B.S.C, Human Resources Lead at TAV Construction, Human Resources Specialist at MediaMarktSaturn, Human Resources Generalist at ERAK, and a procurement role at Pozitif. Oktay holds a Master of Science in Big Data Analytics from MEF University and a degree in Textile Engineering from Ege University.
