Paul Rechlin

Paul Rechlin possesses extensive experience in sales and business development, with a career spanning over three decades in various leadership roles. Currently serving as a Smart Infrastructure Business Developer and previously as a Strategic Account Manager and Regional Sales Manager at Siemens since March 2016, Paul has demonstrated strong capabilities in managing key accounts and driving business growth. Prior roles include Regional Sales Director at Johnson Controls, Director of Service and Supply for Grainger Lighting Services at Grainger, and Midwest Regional Sales and Business Team Leader at Linde. Paul also held multiple positions related to continuous improvement and sales at BOC Gases and began with engineering roles at Ford Motor Company and GE Aviation. Paul holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Michigan State University.
