Pavan Mudegowdra is an experienced instructional designer with a strong background in creating and delivering learning solutions across various industries, including banking. Currently serving as a Senior Analyst at ISG since December 2021, Pavan specializes in developing system simulations for IT applications using the Assima authoring tool. Prior experience includes a role as Training Designer at Intersnack Group GmbH & Co. KG, where responsibilities encompassed course redesign, training roll-out planning, and collaboration with subject matter experts to enhance training content and delivery. Pavan also worked as a Work Student in Global Benchmarking and Training at HeidelbergCement, focusing on e-learning course development and Learning Management System administration.
