Ramya Nair

Ramya Nair currently serves as the Manager of People and Organization at Siemens since February 2023 and has taken on the role of President at Toastmasters International starting January 2024. Previously, Ramya held the position of HR Business Partner for the Asia Pacific and Middle East geographies at L&T Technology Services from October 2022 to February 2023, and served in various roles at Siemens, including Employee Relations Professional and HR Intern. Additional experience includes Vice President of Public Relations at Toastmasters International and multiple HR internships at organizations such as Prakash Chemicals, L & T Chiyoda Ltd, A. Schulman, and FAG Bearings India Ltd. Ramya holds a Master of Human Resource Management and a Post Graduate Diploma in Human Resource Management from The Maharaja Sayajirao University of Baroda, as well as a Bachelor of Arts with Honors in English from the same institution.
