Lydia Scarborough

Lydia Scarborough, SHRM-SCP, has a diverse range of experience in human resources, currently serving as a People and Organization Manager at DB Schenker since October 2018. Prior roles include Senior Human Resources Representative and Human Resources Assistant at the Virginia Department of Transportation, Human Resources Generalist at Roanoke City Public Schools, and Human Resources Generalist and Assistant at Lynntech, Inc. Lydia began a career in recruitment at Alamo Capital and TeamPersona, and also gained experience as a Human Resources Intern at Ecolab. Lydia holds a Bachelor of Arts in Human Relations with a minor in Psychology from High Point University, awarded in 2011.
