Kimberly Burt

Kimberly Burt is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in human resources and organizational management, currently serving as the People and Organization Manager at Equinor since May 2006. In this role, Kimberly is responsible for developing and implementing People and Organization strategies for the Marketing and Trading business in the Americas. Past positions include Global Project Manager, HR Manager for Global Business Services North America, and HR Leader for People & Organization, where Kimberly achieved significant cost reductions and improved performance metrics. Prior experience includes working as the Manager of Human Resources & Payroll at Vanco Exploration Company.
