Uwe Dienst

Uwe Dienst has extensive experience in global commodity management and procurement, currently serving as Director of Global Commodity Management for Process Automation and Director of Procurement for Siemens Measurement Intelligence. Uwe has held various leadership roles within Siemens, including Head of Procurement and Global Commodity Manager, where responsibilities included overseeing international teams and managing commodities in measurement, instrumentation, testing, and sensors. In addition to a successful career in procurement, Uwe has a strong background in coaching volleyball, currently serving as Head Coach for TV Buehl Men's Volleyball in Germany's 2. Bundesliga, and previously holding head coaching positions at Trent University and BADEN VOLLEYS SSC Karlsruhe. Uwe holds a Bachelor of Science in Logistics, Materials, and Supply Chain Management from Pforzheim University.
