Abigail Cavazos

Abigail (Hastillo) Cavazos, Ed.D., currently serves as the Director of Study Abroad and International Student Services at Siena College, a position held since August 2019, after progressing through roles as Associate Director and Assistant Director. Prior experience includes serving as Administrative Coordinator at Williams College and Assistant Director at the University of Connecticut, where responsibilities involved advising students on study abroad opportunities and managing various administrative tasks. Earlier roles included Image Resource Specialist at the American Geological Institute, Tour Director at Tauck World Discovery, and Earth Science Teacher at both Providence Day School and Dana Hall School. Cavazos holds a Doctor of Education in Higher Education Administration from Northeastern University, an MBA from the University of Connecticut School of Business, and a Bachelor of Science in Geology from St. Lawrence University.
