Ms. Anderson is a highly experienced executive previously holding the role of Chief of Operations and Service Excellence Officer at the Workplace Safety Insurance Board (WSIB) for over four years.
Prior to that, she held senior operations roles at the WSIB and AlarmForce Industries Inc., establishing herself as a leader that fosters an environment of trust, collaboration, and accountability across her leadership team.
Jennifer was the Founder and President of Interactive Services where she was retained by large organizations to delve into their operations and implement improvement measures through technology and digital adoption.
She also held prior roles with a large outsource provider of customer relationship management services where she worked with Fortune 100 clients.
Her years of experience have centred on operational and service excellence and leading to improved satisfaction of clients and engagement of team members.
Jennifer has served on the Board of Directors, of the York Centre for Children, Youth and Families.
She holds an Honors B.A. from the University of Western Ontario.
