Tom Heaton

Tom Heaton is a seasoned professional in development and construction, currently serving as the Sr Director of Development and Construction at Sienna Senior Living since February 2018. Previously, Tom held the position of Director of Construction at V!VA Retirement Communities, where responsibilities included leading the design and construction of luxury retirement homes, notably overseeing the completion of V!VA Barrhaven and managing projects for V!VA Oakville and V!VA Whitby Shores. Prior experience includes serving as Director of Design and Construction for Delta Hotels and Resorts®, managing major hotel projects such as Delta Toronto and Delta Calgary International Airport. Tom began his career as a Project Manager in Design and Construction at Sunnybrook Health Sciences Centre and LCBO, focusing on significant projects in healthcare and retail. Tom holds an educational background from Ryerson University.
