The board of directors at Sienza have a long history of experience in the technology and engineering industries. Many members have been CEO's or Vice President's of companies such as NexTech Italia SpA, NantEnergy, and Fisker Inc. In addition to their experience in business, many members of the board also have extensive educational backgrounds. For example, one member holds a degree in Materials Science and Engineering from the University of Michigan while another has a Master of International Management from the Thunderbird School of Global Management.
