Rosie Roca

Rosie Roca is an accomplished business professional with extensive experience in customer success and revenue management. Currently serving as the Head of Agent Development at Sierra since May 2024 and as a Founding Member & Investor at CS Angel since February 2023, Rosie previously held key leadership roles at Hopin as Chief Revenue Officer and Chief Customer Officer from September 2020 to August 2023, and at Salesforce from November 2017 to September 2020 as SVP and VP of Salesforce Essentials Customer Experience, among other positions. Early career experience includes roles at SalesforceIQ and notable organizations such as Box and Kraft Sports Group. Rosie holds an MBA from Stanford University Graduate School of Business and a Bachelor's degree in Government from Harvard University, along with advanced training from Management Leadership for Tomorrow and research fellowship experience in Paris.
