Ellen Kanter

Ellen Kanter possesses extensive experience in higher education and technology consulting. Currently serving as Account Manager for Higher Education at Sierra-Cedar since October 2020, Ellen previously held the position of Associate CIO for Enterprise Applications at the University of Massachusetts from November 1997 to June 2020, overseeing the deployment of a comprehensive suite of Peoplesoft ERP modules and successfully developing a capable technical team. Earlier career highlights include a tenure at Unisys from 1983 to 1997 as a Consulting Manager, where Ellen contributed to innovative technological solutions for various sectors, including government and transportation, while progressing through multiple leadership roles. Ellen holds a Bachelor's degree in Mathematics and Computer Science from UMass Boston and furthered education at the University of Rochester.
