Tiffany Keller

Tiffany Keller, MHRD, PMP®, currently serves as the Lead Change Management Consultant at Sierra-Cedar, a position held since March 2024. Prior to this role, Tiffany worked at Oracle as a Senior Solutions Engineer in HCM from March 2022 to January 2024, where efforts included advocating for employee-centric solutions and optimizing organizational processes. Additional experience includes serving as an Adjunct Professor at the College of Charleston, providing guidance during a significant plant expansion at Mercedes-Benz Vans, founding Project Management Excellence LLC, and holding various roles at Boeing, Gulfstream Aerospace, and Owens Corning. Educational qualifications include a Master of Human Resource Development from Clemson University and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Public Relations from The University of Toledo.
