Prasad Dattaram Dessai

Prasad Dattaram Dessai has a diverse work experience. Prasad Dattaram started their career at Tata Yazaki Autocomps Ltd in 2004 as an Engineer in the Engineering department. In 2005, they joined the Automobile Corporation of Goa Limited as a Senior Officer in the FEA (Linear Static Analysis) Department, where they worked on various TATA range products for buses. In 2008, Dessai became the Manager of the Engineering department in the Power Generation Business Unit at Cummins Power Generation. During their time there, they handled offshore clients, launched projects in the Indian market, and worked with international standards. In 2011, they joined Aggreko Energy Rental India Pvt. Ltd as the Manager of Process Improvement, where they assisted the country manager and developed strategies for the Indian market. Finally, since 2014, Dessai has been working as the Senior Manager of Process and QC at Sierra Circuits, Inc.

Prasad Dattaram Dessai began their education in 1999 at Government Polytechnic Curchorem, where they earned a Diploma in Mechanical Engineering in 2002. Following this, from 2003 to 2004, they attended Indo German Tool Room Indore to complete a Post Diploma in CAD CAM. In 2005, they enrolled at the Indian Institution of Industrial Engineering in Mumbai, earning a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Industrial Engineering in 2008. Their educational journey continued at the Birla Institute of Technology and Science, Pilani, from 2009 to 2011, where they obtained a Master of Science degree in Manufacturing Management.
