Navdeep Shrivastava has a diverse work experience spanning different roles and companies. Navdeep started their career at HPES as a Trainee. Navdeep then worked at Globalspace Tech. Pvt. Ltd. as a Software Developer for a few months. Later, Navdeep joined Vodafone as an Executive, where they handled training and data analysis for NPS trends.

In 2015, they joined Appirio as a Customer Insights Analyst, where they reviewed and analyzed NPS customer feedback and developed presentations based on NPS trends. Navdeep was later promoted to the role of Customer Experience Consultant, where they closed the feedback loop and conducted customer interviews. Finally, they served as a Senior Customer Experience Analyst, leading a team of Customer Success Reps and managing partnerships.

Navdeep's next career move was to Topcoder, where they worked as a Connect Operations Lead. After that, they joined MTX Group and held various positions, including Director of Customer Success, where they managed customer relationships, project governance, and team building. Navdeep was then promoted to the position of Vice President of Customer Success, responsible for leading and managing the customer success process, sales enablement, and strategic planning.

Navdeep'smost recent position is with Cloud Mentor, where they served as the General Manager for India. Currently, Navdeep Shrivastava is working at Sierra Cloud as a Partner and VP of Business Operations India.

Navdeep Shrivastava's education history begins with completing TENTH and TWELTH grades at St. Annes Senior Secondary School from 2004 to 2008.
