Lead, Operations at Sierra Club BC

Britt A. has a diverse range of work experience in various roles and companies. From 2020 to present, they have been with Sierra Club BC, starting as a Donor Engagement Coordinator and later becoming the Lead of Operations. Prior to that, they founded and managed their own company, Bonhomous Event & Project Management, starting in 2017. In 2016, they worked as a Donor Relations Manager for the Toronto Foundation, followed by a role as a Senior Development Officer at Branksome Hall from 2013 to 2016. Britt also briefly served as a Program Manager for the YMCA of Southwestern Ontario in 2015. Starting in 2009, Britt worked as a Donor Services and Events Officer for the Toronto Foundation until 2013. Overall, they have a strong background in donor engagement, events management, and operations.

Britt A. is currently pursuing an HR Management Certificate at the BCIT School of Business + Media, with an expected completion date in 2022. Prior to this, from 2010 to 2016, Britt obtained an Event and Meeting Management Certificate from George Brown College. In 2007 and 2008, Britt studied Not for Profit and Voluntary Management at Ryerson University. Earlier, from 2003 to 2007, Britt pursued a Multi/Interdisciplinary Studies program at Western University.
