Grace McRae

Senior Director Of Communications, Messaging & Research at Sierra Club

Grace McRae has extensive experience in the field of communications and research. Grace started their career as a Senior Analyst at Penn Schoen Berland in 2007 and worked there until 2011. In 2011, they joined Sierra Club as a Polling & Research Strategist, and later became the Polling & Research Director. In their role, they managed and oversaw all polling and research to guide communications strategy for conservation campaigns and other initiatives. Grace worked closely with the National Press Secretary and Communications Director to analyze data and identify research needs. In 2023, Grace was promoted to the position of Senior Director of Communications, Messaging & Research at Sierra Club.

Grace McRae completed their B.A. in International Affairs with a minor in Spanish Language at The George Washington University from 2004 to 2008. Grace then pursued a Master's in Public Policy (MPP) at Georgetown University from 2009 to 2011.
