Joshua Houdek

Joshua Houdek is a Senior Program Manager for Land Use and Transportation at Sierra Club since February 2005. Previously, Joshua worked as a High School Teacher at SAGE Academy Charter School from 2002 to 2004, where Joshua taught various subjects and led outdoor expeditions. Joshua also has experience as an Outdoor Program Manager at Colorado Mesa University from 1999 to 2002, and as the Center for Outdoor Adventure Manager at the University of Minnesota from 1997 to 1999. In addition, Joshua served as a Conservation Work Crew Leader at the Student Conservation Association and as a Park Ranger at the US Army Corps of Engineers. Joshua holds a MA in Outdoor Education and Recreation from the University of Minnesota and a BS in Geography and Environmental Studies from the University of Iowa.
