Kate Burnett

Kate Burnett is an experienced digital manager and strategist with a strong background in environmental advocacy and nonprofit work. Currently serving as the Regional Digital Manager at Sierra Club since January 2024, Kate leads digital strategy initiatives while guiding digital organizers to enhance online engagement. Previous roles include Project & Website Manager at Douglass Design & Construction, where Kate improved management processes, and Digital Strategist at Run the World Digital, developing innovative programs for political campaigns and nonprofits. As Campaign Manager for Gerly Adrien's mayoral campaign, Kate optimized campaign operations, and during tenure at the Environmental League of Massachusetts, oversaw extensive fellow training and social media management. Kate holds a Professional Certificate in Full Stack Development from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology and a Bachelor's Degree in Biology and Environmental Studies from Wellesley College.
