Mary Elizabeth Lunetta

Mary Elizabeth Lunetta, MPP, serves as a Board Member for the Idyllwild Forest Health Project, where responsibilities include strategic planning, community engagement, and policy advocacy focused on ecological health in the San Jacinto Mountains. Currently a Senior Conservation Campaign Strategist for Sierra Club, Lunetta advocates for the protection of federal public lands and collaborates on initiatives to achieve California’s conservation goals. As the Owner and Visionary of Wild & Craft, Lunetta promotes herbal wellness through an apothecary. Previous roles include Senior Campaign Representative and National Campaign Representative at Sierra Club, with a focus on clean energy and electric transportation. Additional experience includes community organizing with the ACLU in Arizona, outreach coordination for civil rights, and engagement in educational equity projects. Lunetta holds a Master's in Public Policy from Mills College and a Bachelor's in Community Studies from the University of California, Santa Cruz.
