Willy Duncan

Willy Duncan has been the Superintendent & President at Sierra College since July 2011. Prior to that, they served as the President at Taft College from July 1997 to July 2011. Before their time at Taft College, Willy Duncan worked as the Student/Budget Director at CSU Bakersfield from January 1985 to December 1997.
