Scott DeRuiter has a diverse and extensive work experience spanning multiple industries. Scott is currently serving as the Director of Sales & Partnerships at Sierra Interactive, where their role involves capturing, converting, and closing sales.

Prior to this, they worked at Halcyon Home Group | Real Broker, LLC as the Business Development Operations Manager. In this role, they were responsible for setting the company's strategic direction and establishing revenue plans and budgets to achieve sales goals. Scott also researched and implemented business development initiatives to meet key performance indicators.

Scott DeRuiter also has experience with realtor.com, where they held various roles including VP of Sales SMB Channel, VP of Business Development & Strategic Accounts, and Enterprise Account Executive.
