Rob Sanders

Rob Sanders is a Mechanical Engineer at Sierra Lobo, Inc. since September 2021, where responsibilities include mechanical design, analysis, and integration & testing support for various NASA Jet Propulsion Laboratory missions, such as the Lunar Trailblazer and Mars Sample Retrieval Lander. Prior to this role, Rob served as Co-President of the Northwestern University Space Technology and Rocketry Society from June 2018 to June 2019 and gained experience as a Vehicle Engineering Intern at SpaceX and a Mechanical Engineering Co-op at GE Aviation. Rob's academic background includes a Master of Science and a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Northwestern University, completed in 2020 and 2019, respectively.
