Amber Duncan

Amber Duncan currently holds the position of Director of Supply Chain & Project Management at Sierra LSV, a role commenced in February 2024. Prior to this, Amber served as NPI Project Manager at Nivel Parts and Manufacturing from May 2018 to January 2024, where responsibilities included leading new projects from conception to launch and managing cross-departmental coordination. Between March 2015 and May 2018, Amber worked at Stein Mart, first as an Assistant Buyer and later as a Merchandise Coordinator. Previous experience includes positions at ULTA Beauty, Amber Lynne, LLC as a Fashion Designer/Owner, and other roles in retail management and customer service. Amber holds a Bachelor of Science in Fashion/Apparel Design from Philadelphia University, obtained in 2009.
