Richard Rhett

Richard Rhett is the founder and owner of Sierra Madre Research, an outdoor brand that focuses on building innovative high-quality camping gear while advocating for change in the developing world. Additionally, Richard also founded SMr ILLUMINATE S.A., an outdoor equipment manufacturing facility in Nicaragua, with the purpose of stimulating sustainable economic change and improving the quality of life for employees. Richard Rhett graduated from Mississippi State University in 2008 with a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering.
