Engineering Team

The Engineering Team at Sierra Metals is responsible for ensuring the efficient and safe operation of the company's mining activities across its various properties in Peru and Mexico. The team comprises specialists in health and safety, cost estimation, planning, geomechanics, metallurgy, electrical systems, project management, and security. Together, they oversee mine design, infrastructure development, cost management, safety protocols, and operational efficiency to support the successful extraction and processing of precious and base metals.
