Marlee Day

Marlee Day is an experienced culinary professional currently serving as a Sous Chef at Sierra Nevada Brewing Co. since July 2022. Prior to this role, Marlee held positions as Kitchen Manager/Jr. Sous Chef at Flagship Facility Services, Inc. from September 2018 to May 2022 and has a rich history with Bon Appétit Management Company, where Marlee worked from July 2012 to July 2018, ascending through roles including Executive Chef IV, Corporate Chef, and Traveling Chef. Marlee holds an Intensive 2-Year degree in Culinary Arts from the Western Culinary Institute, completed in 1998, and a high school diploma from San Benito High School, obtained in 1994.
