Gracious Phillips

Gracious Phillips is a seasoned engineering professional with extensive experience in the defense and air traffic management sectors. Currently serving as Chief Engineer at Sierra Nevada Corporation Mission Systems UK since August 2022, Gracious has previously held the position of Technical Authority at AQUILA Air Traffic Management Services and worked as an Engineer at CBRE. Gracious's career also includes a significant tenure with the Royal Navy as a Weapon System Engineer from February 2014 to January 2021. Educational qualifications include GCSEs from Coleraine Girls, along with leadership and technical certifications from the Royal Navy, including ILM Level 3 in Leadership and Management and NVQ Level 3 in Electrical and Electronics Engineering.
