Lee Hooper

Lee Hooper is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in high-altitude balloon operations and Remotely Piloted Aircraft Systems (RPAS) management. Currently serving as a High Altitude Balloon Subject Matter Expert and RPAS Assurance Manager at Sierra Nevada Corporation Mission Systems UK since March 2023, Lee also holds a directorial position at Spirit Group Pte. Previous roles include significant positions within the UK Ministry of Defence, where responsibilities encompassed Operating Assurance for RPAS and Continuing Airworthiness regulations from April 2019 to March 2023.
