Prior to this, Drew spent nearly four years at Bell Flight, advancing through multiple roles including Senior Supply Chain Contracts Professional, where significant contract negotiations and process improvements were achieved, contributing to potential contract awards exceeding $100 billion. Drew's career began with Textron, participating in a Leadership Development Program and later specializing in strategic sourcing and supply chain analytics. Educational qualifications include an MBA from SMU Cox School of Business and a Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain Management from The University of Kansas.
