Ian M. Geissler

Ian M. Geissler is a seasoned Program Manager with extensive experience in the aerospace and defense sectors. Currently serving as Program Manager II at Sierra Nevada Corporation since November 2018, Ian has led significant projects, including the development of mission and ground segments for commercial space initiatives and the oversight of AFSOC A-29C Light Attack aircraft from proposal through sustainment. Ian's prior tenure at the US Army spanned over two decades, where roles included Unmanned Aircraft Systems Operation Officer and Aviation Maintenance Instructor. Ian holds a Bachelor of Science in Professional Aeronautics from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University and has completed multiple military education programs, reinforcing expertise in aviation safety, logistics, and UAS operations.
