Joshua started their career as a Support Engineer II at IT Authorities in March 2011. Joshua was responsible for providing incident support and resolution for customers while adhering to strict SLA schedules. Joshua quickly gained the trust of their customers and was often lauded for their exceptional customer service. In October 2012, they joined ConnectWise as an Implementation Manager and continued to provide excellent service to their customers.

During their time at ConnectWise, Joshua became a Cisco Certified Design Associate (CCNA). This certification allowed ConnectWise to increase their partnership level with Cisco, which resulted in an 8% increase in sales. Joshua was also responsible for coordinating and leading multiple client office moves and expansion projects. Joshua created and maintained client records to build and maintain a constant sales pipeline.

In July 2020, Joshua joined Sierra Pacific Group as the Automate Services Manager. In this role, they are responsible for managing the company's automation services. Joshua continues to provide excellent customer service and is always looking for ways to improve the company's services.

Joshua Norman has a Bachelor of Applied Science in Business Management, Accounting & Finance, Civil Engineering, and Computer Science from the University of South Florida.
