Robert Terras has extensive experience in the wood manufacturing industry, currently serving as Plant Manager at Sierra Pacific Industries since October 1987. Robert has successfully managed all plant operations, including overseeing the start-up of a new sawmill built from March 2018 to March 2019, which achieved prior production levels within five months. Previous roles at Sierra Pacific Industries include Project Manager, Plant Superintendent, Sawmill Supervisor, and Planer Supervisor, focusing on employee management, quality control, safety, and production efficiency. Earlier in their career, Robert worked as a construction laborer at Ray Rhodes Construction. Robert holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Management with a focus on Information Technology from Western Governors University and an Associate of Science in Business Management from Shasta College.
