Chris Brown Chst

Chris Brown began their work experience as a Heavy Equipment Operator at Sierra Pacific West, Inc in 1983 and worked in various roles including Grading Foremen, Project Manager / Estimator, Civil Superintendent, SR. Superintendent, and Health, Safety and Environmental Manager until 2017. In 2017, they joined Colorado as a Construction Management. Currently, they are working at Sierra Pacific West, Inc as the Vice President of Field Operations since 2020 and will be transitioning to the role of Vice President of Business Development starting in July 2023. Chris holds several certifications including CHST, CEM, CSM, and CESCO.

Chris Brown CHST, CEM, CSM, CESCO completed their education at Palomar College from 1995 to 1997, studying Automotive Engineering Technology/Technician. Prior to that, they graduated from San Dieguito High School in 1995 with a Diploma in General Studies. They have also obtained various certifications such as Certified Environmental Manager (CEM), Construction Health & Safety Technician (CHST), Certified Environmental and Safety Compliance Officer (CESCO), and Certified Safety Manager (CSM). Additionally, they have received training in areas such as concussion in sports, sexual harassment prevention, silica, MSHA surface miner, storm water management, and CPR/First Aid/AED instruction.
