Tommy Charles is a Geographic Information Systems Technician who has experience working in various roles related to mapping, vehicle tracking, and data quality improvement. Tommy has worked with organizations such as Sierra Rutile Limited, Openstreetmap Sierra Leone, YouthMappers, Flash Vehicles, and Humanitarian OpenStreetMap Team. Tommy holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Geography from the University of Sierra Leone's Fourah Bay College.
