Lyle Rogers

Lyle Rogers is a seasoned finance executive with extensive experience in leading financial operations and business transformations. Currently serving as Vice President of Finance & Business Operations at Sierra Space since April 2021, Lyle is instrumental in establishing the company as an independent entity, overseeing various financial functions including contracts, program finance, and risk management. Prior roles include Chief Financial Officer at Boecore, Inc., managing P&L for a software development firm, and Site Finance Manager at Raytheon, where Lyle managed financial performance across multiple business units. With a strong foundation in financial planning and analysis from previous positions at Ball Aerospace and Raytheon, Lyle holds an MBA in Business Finance from Regis University and a BS in Business Management from New Mexico State University.
