Michael Ragnoni

Michael Ragnoni is currently a Tooling Design Engineer at Sierra Space, a position held since July 2025. Prior to this role, Michael served as a Mechanical Engineer III at Brooks Automation from July 2021 to July 2025, where responsibilities included leading cross-functional teams in new product line development and conducting Critical Design Reviews. Previous experience at Brooks Automation also included roles as Mechanical Engineer II and Mechanical Engineer, where involvement in product development, failure analysis, and a rotational engineering program was notable. Additional experience includes leading independent automation design projects for Precision Edge Surgical Products and Marmon Holdings, as well as an internship at RightHand Robotics and a site internship at Dellbrook | JKS. Michael holds a degree in Aerospace and Mechanical Engineering from the University of Notre Dame, obtained in 2021.
