Abbiegail Ayers

Abbiegail (Abbie) Ayers graduated in 2008 from the University of Arizona with a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology. She started out at the Arizona Department of Child Safety as an investigator from 2008-2012. She moved from there to COPE Community Services, a private, non-profit healthcare organization that creates pathways to better health by offering innovative solutions for behavioral and physical healthcare, wellness, and recovery to individuals and families. She served as Program Director and also enjoyed working in two additional positions: Title-36 Case Manager and Team Lead.

Abbie brings to Sierra Tucson her passion for leadership, process development, and systems oversight. She has years of experience in the coordination of care, managing and leading interdisciplinary teams, and assisting in the development and process implementation of integrated health care.
