Herman Dekker has extensive experience in low and medium voltage projects, currently serving as AVP Laagspanning at Siers Groep Oldenzaal B.V. since September 2015, overseeing diverse KCO and projects. Additionally, since November 2003, Herman has been involved in infra work with hd electro. Prior to these roles, Herman was the owner and AVP Laagspanning at Van Vulpen from July 2011 to September 2015. Educational qualifications include a degree in Deskundig Leidinggevende Projecten from Acvo (2017-2022), along with various certifications from Dekra and Tesi, and a course from Roc Amsterdam in 2013.
