Steve Miller

Steve Miller has over 20 years of experience in various roles in the fields of UX design, leadership coaching, IT services, and program management. Steve has worked for companies like AreteConnect, SIETAR Europa, American Management Systems / CGI, and IBM. Steve's skills include providing design and consulting services to SMEs and non-profit organizations, implementing IT systems and website transitions, and leading global project teams. Steve also has experience in talent development, HR systems, and business analysis.

Steve Miller holds a Certificate in UX Design with a specialization in Voice User Interaction from CareerFoundry, which they obtained in 2021. Prior to that, they completed a Certificate in Intercultural Studies at The University of British Columbia from 2013 to 2017. In terms of their higher education, Steve earned a Master of Engineering (M. Eng.) degree in Industrial and Management Engineering from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute in 1983, after completing a Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree in the same field at the same institute from 1980 to 1982. In addition to their formal education, Steve has obtained several certifications throughout their career, including Professional Scrum Master (PSM I), Certified Coach Program, Better Practice™ Practitioner, Certified Team Performance Coach (CTPC), ITIL Foundation in IT Service Management, CELTA (Pass B), and Myers-Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI).
