Mihai Ionut-Vlad

Mihai Ionut-Vlad is an experienced IT specialist currently working at Sievo since February 2023, where responsibilities include providing technical support and maintaining IT systems. Previously, Mihai served as an IT & Security Specialist at Mavenir, focusing on hardware and software installations and system evaluations. At Raiffeisen Bank Romania, from 2019 to August 2021, Mihai participated in IT project management, conducted impact analyses, and handled incident resolutions in production environments. Mihai began a career in IT support as a Help Desk Specialist at ING, addressing service desk incidents, and also worked as a Technical Support professional at G4S, managing customer inquiries and support requests. Mihai holds a degree from the University POLITEHNICA of Bucharest, earned from 2011 to 2015.
